WYNYARD PARISH COUNCIL (HARTLEPOOL)

NOTICE OF MEETING

You are invited to attend the meeting of Wynyard Parish Council (Hartlepool) which will be held at 18.10 on Wednesday 21st June 2023.

Members of the public are informed that they are entitled to attend the above meeting subject to the Venue’s capacity.

AGENDA

  1. To receive and approve apologies for absence. Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires a record to be kept of the members present and that this record forms part of the Minutes of the meeting. Members who cannot attend a meeting should tender apologies to the Parish Clerk as it is usual for grounds upon which apologies are tendered also to be recorded.  Under Section 85 (1) of the Local Government Act 1972, members present must decide whether the

reason (s) for a member’s absence are accepted.

  1. Public Forum:

The Meeting will be adjourned for 15 minutes to allow public participation where the public may speak on any item on the agenda.

Items not on the agenda will not be discussed.

  1. To receive disclosable Pecuniary or other interests.
  2. To accept the Minutes of the Annual General meeting held on the 10th May 2023.
  3. Matters Arising.
  • Future joint working: Wynyard Parish Council and Wynyard Parish Council (Hartlepool) seeking ways to work together for the benefit of all residents.
  • Robertson Homes: Meeting arranged and confirmed with Robertson Homes. Feedback to be given following the meeting to Councillors re the recently approved planning application for 143 dwellings for Robertson Homes.
  • Scheduled meeting with Hartlepool Borough Council to discuss Section 106 payments has been rearranged for the 19th July 2023 and feedback will be given to Councillors at the July Parish Council meeting.
  1. Clerk of the Parish Council: New Contract to be signed in accordance with Item 11 of the Minutes for the 10th May 2023.
  2. Clerks Report:
  • Councillor Guide to Employment – update
  • Audit update
  • Road markings and Crossings – Update
  • Red Gap update: Defibrillators, bus stop and benches/bins.
  • Planning training for November 2023.
  1. Parish Council Accounts: To approve the income/expenditure for

May 2023.

  1. Planning Application:
  • H/2022/0181 – Outline planning application for the erection of up to 1200 dwellings with associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure with all matters reserved  except access (amended description 02/02/23 land north of A689 Wynyard Park.
  • H/2023/0166 – Erection of a substation on land East of Duchy Homes, Wynyard Park.
  • H/2023/0147 – 14 The Cavendish. Approval of reserved matters relating to the dwelling proposed and ancillary building pursuant to outline planning permission H/2021/0282.
  • H/2023/0132 – 3 Sweetpea Close – Single rear and side extension.

 

  • Any other business.
