WYNYARD PARISH COUNCIL (HARTLEPOOL)

NOTICE OF MEETING

You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Wynyard Parish Council (Hartlepool) which will be held on the 16th August 2023 at 18.10 Wynyard Hall, Wynyard.

Members of the public are informed that they are entitled to attend the above meeting subject to the venue’s capacity.

AGENDA

  1. To receive and approve apologies for Absence. Schedule 12 of the Local Government Act 1972 requires a record to be kept of the members present and that this record forms part of the Minutes of the meeting. Members who cannot attend a meeting should tender apologies to the Parish Clerk as it is usual for the grounds upon which apologies are tendered also to be recorded.  Under Section 85(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, members present must decide whether the reason(s) for a member’s absence are accepted.
  2. Public Forum. The meeting will be adjourned for 15 minutes to allow public participation where the public may speak on any item on the Agenda. Items not on the Agenda will not be discussed.
  3. To receive disclosable Pecuniary or other interests.
  4. To accept the Minutes of the meeting held on the 19th July 2023.
  5. Matters arising.
  6. Future joint working: Update re progression with Wynyard   Parish Council (Stockton), Wynyard Residents and Wynyard Park.
  7. Robertson Homes: Update re progression on approved planning application H/2022/0299.
  8. Scheduled Meetings with Hartlepool Borough Council: Meeting arranged with Helen Smith, Interim Planning Policy Team Leader to take place on the 25th August 2023. Helen Smith is due to be guest speaker at the Parish Council Meeting in October 2023
  9. Road Markings and Crossings: Update re proposed meeting with Peter Frost, Highways Infrastructure Manager.
  10. Planning Application: H/2022/0255: Update following meeting with Lichfields.
  11. Clerks Report:
  12. Red Gap: Update to be given re submission of two

applications for funding.

  1. Parish Councillor vacancy: Update to be given re the Vacancy for a Parish Councillor.
  1. Wynyard Park: Further update re meeting with Wynyard Park.
  1. Parish Council Accounts: To receive and approve the income/expenditure for July 2023.
  1. Planning Applications:

H/2023/0241 – Erection of a dwelling at 2 The Cavendish.

  1. Any other business:
